Kookaburra construction Ltd is a safety conscious construction company looking to “Build your Vision”
Founder Tim Doig grew up in Leeton, Australia, approximately 550km west of Sydney. From a young age Tim enjoyed building so he studied Building Construction at Riverina TAFE College, Griffith, NSW in Australia and started his first entrepreneurial venture, TJ Doig Contracting, in Leeton.
Tim’s adventurous side found him traveling and when it came time to put down roots he landed in Vancouver BC. In 1991 he established Kookaburra Construction. Now 30 years later and with over 1000 projects under his belt, Tim’s love of construction is still as strong today as when he was a young boy.
Kookaburra Construction offers design-build, a process in which we are responsible for the design phase as well as construction.
We take pride in our ability to renovate in a quiet, respectful and clean manner on every job site.
